Dr. Phelps graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 2005 and completed his doctorate degree in 2009 at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.

With extensive patient care experience, Dr. Phelps is excited to deliver excellent eye care for both Chester and Madison counties.
“I am grateful for the road that has led me to the opportunity of providing world-class eye care to the communities of Henderson and Jackson,” He said. “My mission is to deliver an eye care experience that is second to none. Utilizing the latest technology allows us to perform the most thorough examination possible while taking less time for patients.”
Dr. Phelps volunteers in his community, serving as president of the Chester County Lions Club and board president of the Chester County Chamber of Commerce. He also enjoys being part of the Estes Church family, as well as running and mountain biking.
